Jessica M. Riggs M.S., CCC-SLP

Owner/ Speech Language Pathologist

Jessica obtained a Master of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Auditory Pathology from East Carolina University in 2009 and has since worked with the pediatric population in Pitt, Martin, and Onslow Counties. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cruising out on the water with her family and dog, and gardening.

Debi A. Ferry M.S., CCC-SLP 

Speech-Language Pathologist

Debi obtained a Master of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Auditory Pathology from Illinois State University in 1999 and has since gained 18 years of professional experience.  She spends her free time reading, going to the beach, cooking, running and spending time with family and friends. 

Chasity Hunnings

Assistant Speech-Language Pathologist

Chasity obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from Appalachian State University.  She has been working as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant for 4 year.  She enjoys gardening, fishing, DIY projects, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary Kathleen Galbraith, M.A., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Mary Kate earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders with a minor in Education and a minor is Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she also went on to earn her Master’s degree. She started her career in skilled nursing homes and hospitals, but quickly turned her focus to the pediatric population, and never turned back. She has worked in pediatrics since 2014 and is licensed in NC and NV. Her hobbies include cooking, walking the beach, crosswords, gardening, and Brazilian jiu jitsu . She has a loving husband, two energetic young daughters, and two over-friendly dogs.

Savannah Polansky, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Savannah went to East Carolina University where she received her B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her M.S. in Speech Language Pathology (GO PIRATES!!) Savannah has worked in both the school and private practice settings. Savannah has a wonderful husband and two perfect fur children. Her hobbies include boating, fishing, spending time on the beach, and anything involving her two dogs.

Madeleine Harmon M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Maddie a Masters of Science from East Carolina University in 2019 in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She has since worked in the areas of speech, language, and feeding in the pediatric population in west Texas and Eastern North Carolina. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and 3 dogs, traveling, and reading.

Tabatha Moore, M.Ed., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Tabatha Moore is speech-language pathologist who has been practicing since 2016 in Durham and surrounding areas. She received her undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology-Audiology from North Carolina A&T State University in 2014 and received her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from North Carolina Central university in 2016. She holds an active NCBOESLP license and was awarded her certificate of clinical competence April 2017. Tabatha grew up in a very small community outside Whiteville, N.C. and has resided in Durham since 2014. She is an active member of her school and residential communities, has a passion for serving others, and believes in the field of speech-pathology. Tabatha has served a variety of populations including early intervention language clients, pediatric and school-age articulation and language clients, and geriatric dysphagia and cognitive-communication patients. Settings include home health/natural environments, schools, private practice, clinics, teletherapy, and assistive living facilities. She especially has a passion for underserved populations and early intervention populations in home health/natural environments as she gets to not only build relationships with families and clients but also serve as an advocate for them as well. In her spare time, Tabatha enjoys spending time with her family and friends, live music, being a plant parent, traveling, cooking, mentoring, actively participating in her sorority, attending church, fishing, watching treasure hunting movies and true crime TV shows.

Hannah Gilbert, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Hannah was born and raised in Greensboro, NC where a majority of her family still resides. Hannah is a graduate of East Carolina University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences (c/o 2019) and her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders (c/o 2021). Hannah has known she has wanted to work as a speech-language pathologist from the young age of 14. When Hannah was 5 years old, she received speech therapy herself and often uses that fact to provide comfort and encouragement to patients and their families. Hannah has experience working with all ages as she has served patients between 1 year to 100 years of age. Hannah has provided diagnostic and therapeutic services in a variety of settings including the Acute Care and Private Practice settings. During such work, Hannah has gained experience in working with those who have expressive/receptive language delays, childhood apraxia of speech, articulation disorders, fluency disorders, phonological processing disorders. She is familiar with and has worked with a variety of diagnoses including fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down Syndrome, Dravet Syndrome, and Prader Willi Syndrome. Hannah loves collaborating with families and other disciplines to maximize therapeutic outcomes. Hannah utilizes a neurodiversity-positive approach to support patients in communication and self-advocacy while encouraging them to maintain their personalities and interests. Hannah recently relocated from Raleigh to the Sneads Ferry area. In her free time, you can find her on a long run, reading on her porch (or the beach), or relaxing with her family and friends.

Rebekah Riley

Practice Manager

Rebekah is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy. Outside of her professional endeavors, she finds joy in the company of her husband, two boys, and friends. With a deep appreciation for the outdoors, Rebekah enjoys connecting with nature, whether it's by strolling along the beach or hiking through scenic trails. She also dedicates time training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, embracing the discipline and strength it brings to her life.
